Crispy potatoes in the oven. IngredientsPotatoes (each per person)Olive oilSalt, pepperSweet paprikaPreparationPreheat the oven in high heat. Washthe potatoes and keep the peel. Cut in medium bars. Wash them again. Spingle with olive oil and season. Cover a baking dish with foil and place potatoes on it. Keep space between the potatoes. Add some paprika and bake in high heat for 20-25 minutes.
