's personal journey caring for her Mother after her diagnosis of Leukemia & Bone Marrow Transplant a year & a half ago, along with her love of cooking,inspired her to create a show that is more than just an ordinary cooking show, she wants to inspire & support everyone who is affected by Cancer. ~The show will have Celebrity & Special Guest appearances to share tips & their inspiring stories of how they got through this time of their lives. The show will unite donors & recipients, talk with & honor doctors, nurses & support staff that do so much so that miracles can happen every day. ~Lauren will travel the country & visit Nutritional Rooms in Oncology Units & give them "RAAD"ICAL MAKEOVERS - something as simple as a toaster so that patients can have fresh, crispy toast instead of soggy, rubbery toast; meet with patients & their loved ones; create a support system & most importantly, Lauren wants to cook FOR them, WITH them & BECAUSE of them!Lauren's Audition: Lauren ~Cooking For Cancer - OWN TV ...
