It's amazing SIMPLE it was to make this much deliciousness!Check the recipe:Batter:1 3/4 cups + 2 tbsp water1 3/4 cups flour1 egg1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp saltSandwich:2 thick-sliced white bread1-2 slices ham1-2 slices turkey1-2 slices swiss cheeseBlend all batter ingredients well. Assemble sandwich and cut diagonally (you can use toothpicks to help hold them together). Dip sandwich in batter, and allow excess to drip. Deep-fry sandwich in Canola oil at 365 degrees, about 1 1/2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Remove from oil and allow to drain and cool on paper towels for a couple of minutes.
