We love baking gourmet cookies, but sometimes you need to get away, recharge and renew. Spending a long weekend outside the bakery in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains was a great way to get outside the oven. Our ride down the Virginia Creeper Trail was the perfect way to spend an afternoon taking in the mountain landscape.
